![]() The air conditioner in the room sounds like a truck backfiring when it kicks on and off, so not supportive of sleep. Room looks NOTHING like the photo, to the degree that I think the photos online are heavily edited. Floor and walls peeling, raised, damaged. ![]() Hair clumps on the floor and the shower/tub area was horrendous (dirty, rusty, gross). Staff was nice at check in but the room was HORRIBLE. However, one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in. …Įasy enough to get from the airport to this hotel using their shuttle. With all of this being said, never again. At first they couldn’t assist but as we still complained they gave us another room. This is very unsanitary due to the fact that this hotel allow pets to stay in here and Covid is still ramping. They told us that they cleaned the room every two days. So we went to the front desk to find out what was the problem. Next as we finally got our key renewed and processed to the room we saw where our bed wasn’t fixed and the towels were the same from the day before. Initially, the key wasn’t working for the door which was very upsetting. My mom and I went out all day and when we returned to the hotel we went to our room. The carpets of the lobby are dirty, floor doesn’t looked mopped, etc. Following this situation, the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. The manager was called upon but her assistance was useless as she only said sorry and didn’t came up with any solutions for us. This whole situation was an inconvenience due to us not having access to a washer machine and already having detergent on our clothes. A worker at the hotel that speak some kind of English then began to tell us that the BOTH machines are not working. The housekeeper workers unfortunately does not speak proper English so this was an inconvenience as well. After putting the coins in we called someone for assistance to ensure that we were following the correct steps. So we used the machine that didn’t had the sign, so we put our clothes along with the detergent into the machine. We went into the wash room and saw where only one machine had a “Out of service” sign however the other one didn’t. The lady told us that the washing machine was working and turned our money into coins so we could use the machine. My mom and I wanted to wash our clothes so with this being said we proceeded to the front desk. The individuals at the first desk are not helpful at all.
